No, you do not need grant writing experience. Nor do you need nonprofit experience or fundraising experience. All you need is interest in starting a nonprofit or have an existing nonprofit. 

Will I get a certificate or
diploma? What kind?

Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion.  

What kind of writing
will I do?

You will learn how to write grant proposals and supporting materials. You will also write program materials and organizational materials such as your organizational history and background..

Do you facilitate 1-day
workshops for organizations?

Yes, we do facilitate workshops for one-day and half a day for groups and organizations interested in training a full department, team, or organization
